Terms & Conditions- Learning to Say No Online Course- Wild Resonance Collective, LLC

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the purchaser of the course) and Wild Resonance Collective, LCC regarding your access to and use of the online course materials and related services provided by Wild Resonance Collective, LLC.

By accessing or using our online course materials, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from purchasing, accessing, or using our online course.

  1. Enrollment and Access 1.1 Eligibility: a) You must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. b) You hereby acknowledge and comprehend that this course is explicitly not recommended for individuals involved in abusive relationships, as the act of establishing boundaries within such relationships may potentially escalate violence and other forms of harm. In the event that you choose to enroll in this course, you expressly acknowledge and understand that Wild Resonance Collective, LLC assumes no liability for any harm, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise, that may befall you, your possessions, or others as a direct or indirect consequence thereof. c) You hereby acknowledge and comprehend that this course is not clinical mental health therapy and is not intended to replace clinical mental health therapy. d) Reporting of Abuse or Harm: You hereby acknowledge and comprehend that Wild Resonance Collective, LLC reserves the right to contact the proper authorities should you, as the purchaser of the course, report any incidents of physical or sexual abuse involving a current minor or disabled person, or report an intent to harm yourself or someone else. We take such matters seriously and prioritize the well-being and safety of all individuals involved. 1.2 Registration: To access our online course, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process. 1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. 1.4 Course Access: Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted access to the online course materials for the duration specified in the course description.

  2. Intellectual Property 2.1 Course Content: All course materials, including text, videos, images, audio, and any other content provided within the course, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the course content without explicit written permission from us. 2.2 License Grant: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

  3. Course Requirements and Conduct 3.1 Requirements: You are responsible for meeting any technical or other requirements necessary to access the course materials, such as a reliable internet connection or compatible devices. 3.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: a) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. b) Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the course or our services. c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks. d) Use the course content for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes. e) Share or distribute your account login credentials with others.

  4. Payment and Refunds 4.1 Course Fee: The cost of the course is $150 unless a scholarship or discount code is provided by Wild Resonance Collective, LLC. In such cases, the discounted amount will apply as specified during the enrollment process. You agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined. b) Scholarships or Discount Codes: Scholarships or discount codes may be offered at the sole discretion of Wild Resonance Collective, LLC. The availability or lack thereof of scholarships or discount codes is entirely at the discretion of Wild Resonance Collective, LLC. 4.2 Payment Methods: You may use the PayPal “Pay in 4” function or other approved payment methods as offered during the enrollment process. By choosing to use the PayPal “Pay in 4” function, you acknowledge and agree that any disputes related to this payment method should be handled directly with PayPal in accordance with their terms and policies. 4.3 Refunds: Refund requests must be made in accordance with the following guidelines: a) Full Refunds: Full refunds may only be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a full refund, you must notify us in writing or by contacting our customer support team. b) Partial Refunds: Partial refunds of half of the purchase amount may be requested between 8-14 days from the date of purchase. To request a partial refund, you must notify us in writing or by contacting our customer support team. c) No Refunds After 14 Days: After the 14th day from the date of purchase, no refunds will be allowed, and the course fee will be non-refundable.

    Please note that refund requests must adhere to the specified timeframes, and refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

  5. Limitation of Liability 5.1 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the course content. The course is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties or representations, express or implied. 5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the course materials or any other services provided.

  6. Modification and Termination 6.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the contact information provided by you. 6.2 Termination: We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the course materials at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Carrollton, Georgia, USA.

  8. User-Generated Content and Marketing Use 8.1 User-Generated Content: As part of your participation in the online course, you may have the opportunity to provide reviews, feedback, testimonial posts, communications, videos, images, or other content ("User-Generated Content") on our platforms or in our groups. 8.2 Grant of License: By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Wild Resonance Collective, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, publicly display, and perform the User-Generated Content in any media or platform, whether now known or hereafter developed, for marketing, promotional, or any other lawful purposes. 8.3 Consent and Release: By submitting User-Generated Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to grant the license specified in section 8.2. You further release Wild Resonance Collective, LLC from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the User-Generated Content as authorized herein. 8.4 Use of Personal Information: If your User-Generated Content includes personal information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of such personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 8.5 Responsibility for User-Generated Content: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any User-Generated Content you submit. You represent and warrant that your User-Generated Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary or personal rights. 8.6 Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, monitor, and moderate User-Generated Content submitted on our platforms or in our groups. We may, at our sole discretion, remove or modify any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms & Conditions or is deemed inappropriate or objectionable. 8.7 Acknowledgment of Public Use: You acknowledge and understand that User-Generated Content submitted on our platforms or in our groups may be accessible to other users and the general public. Please exercise caution and do not submit any confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information. 8.8 Attribution: We may, at our discretion, attribute User-Generated Content to the respective users by using their usernames or other identifiers. However, we are not obligated to provide such attribution.

  9. Course Content Delivery 9.1 The course includes the following components: a) Emails: You will receive one email per week, each Sunday, for 4 weeks, delivered within the specified time frame, granting you access to the course content. In total, you will receive 4 emails during the course period. b) Course Materials: Course materials will include videos, written content, and downloadable worksheets. The course materials, including written content, videos, and downloadable worksheets, are intended for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course materials without explicit written permission from Wild Resonance Collective, LLC. The course materials are provided to enhance your learning experience and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. c) Virtual Group Meetings: The course includes 2 one-hour virtual group meetings. The first virtual group meeting will take place on the Friday of week 2, and the second virtual group meeting will take place on the Friday of week 4. Please see 10.1 for virtual meeting confidentiality agreement. c) Access to Course Content: You will have access to the course content's written materials and videos for as long as the course is offered by Wild Resonance Collective, LLC.

    Please note that the course inclusions described above are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any additional guidelines provided by Wild Resonance Collective, LLC.

  10. Confidentiality and Respect: a) Confidentiality: You agree to respect the confidentiality of facilitators and fellow group members during the virtual group meetings. Any personal information or discussions shared during the group meetings should be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties. b) Recording and Sharing: You understand and acknowledge that any attempt to record, share, or distribute personal information or discussions from the virtual group meetings without explicit written permission from Wild Resonance Collective, LLC is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision may result in legal action. c) Release of Liability: Wild Resonance Collective, LLC is not liable or responsible in the event that a group member publicly or privately shares information about another group member's activities within the course. Each participant is responsible for their own actions and the information they choose to disclose.
